Rachel's Recipes
Ritzy Chicken
This recipe is SO easy and yet SO yummy.

Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 "roll" of Ritz biscuits (crushed into chunks)
melted butter
sour cream (optional)

Method

Pre-heat oven to 180C (350F)

Place defrosted chicken into a baking tray/dish that comfortably fits them.

Pour can of soup over the top. If necessary mix 1/2 can of water into the soup to make it pourable before doing this.

Sprinkle crushed Ritz biscuits on top and then drizzle melted butter over the top. If you desire you can then drizzle sour cream on top.

Bake for 45-60 min until chicken is cooked.

Serve with your favourite vegetables/salad.
